Our company’s success is founded on honesty and integrity. These values are important to us – and violations should be pursued with every means available.

Reporting wrongdoing not only shows the courage to tell the truth, it also helps us to protect what is important to us: a culture of honesty and respect for all! For that same reason we protect whistleblowers and the people who process cases of suspected wrongdoing. We also have a zero toleration policy when it comes to retaliation. By providing the option of anonymous whistleblowing, we nip all such concerns in the bud.

Generally, all employees or business partners of Jokey can blow the whistle if a relevant incident of non-compliance or wrongdoing comes to their attention. All information received will be treated independently and confidentially. Upholding the principle of fairness is also important to us because it protects both the whistleblowers and the people who process cases of suspected wrongdoing. When it comes to the people concerned, the presumption of innocence applies until the wrongdoing is proven and all investigations are strictly confidential.

How do we process the information you report?

When you report an incident of wrongdoing you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Then, the information you provide is thoroughly assessed in terms of its compliance with our Code of Conduct. If we require any additional information we get in contact with you. That’s why it’s important that you provide us with a means of contacting you, even if you blew the whistle anonymously. If wrongdoing is suspected on the basis of the initial assessment, an investigation will be initiated. The findings are then evaluated and appropriate action is taken in line with our corporate values.

The Ombudsman is there to handle compliance cases impartially and without bias. You can contact him anonymously. He is legally obliged not to disclose the name of the whistleblower to Jokey until he is released from this obligation by you. The Ombudsman can be reached at:
