1. Injection Station

Preforms are injected and cooled, retaining heat for blowing without reheating. Custom designs allow for special features like non-standard necks.

2. Conditioning Station

Temperature optimization ensures material efficiency and stability, enabling production of various shapes using the same preform.

3. Stretch Blow Molding

The process is versatile, allowing heatsetting and handle integration. Shape variety is achieved by swapping the blow mold.

4. Container Take-Out

Containers are ejected with necks and bodies protected, maintaining high visual quality and durability throughout the process.
