Area of responsibility

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory (Cairo and Upper Egypt).
  • Identify key target industries and potential customers within the B2B sector.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Business Development:
  • Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.  
  • Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B customers in Cairo and Upper Egypt.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the National Sales Manager.
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.  
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cairo and Upper Egypt.
