- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory (Cairo and Upper Egypt).
- Identify key target industries and potential customers within the B2B sector.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and present compelling value propositions to prospective clients.
- Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various methods including cold calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing B2B customers in Cairo and Upper Egypt.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the National Sales Manager.
- Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or packaging sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Cairo and Upper Egypt.
