Purchasing and Logistic Manager


  • Report directly to General Manager and reports to Group CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) in globally in matrix business structure,
  • Manage purchasing processes and practices including planning, order process, release, and inventory programs of assigned materials based on production forecasts and schedule,
  • Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand,
  • Proficient utilization of ERP manufacturing system and lead support for supplier, raw material, and purchasing functions,
  • Responsible for all shipping related activities and tasks,
  • Work closely with customer service department to properly meet customer specific packaging, labeling, and notification requirements,
  • Support the receiving of all incoming shipments, verifying packing lists, updating the system, and labeling incoming goods with appropriate identification codes
  • Work effectively and cooperatively with management team

Ihr Profil

  • University degree from related major
  • 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English,
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to gather and analyze data
  • Must be flexible operating in a service-oriented and cooperative manner with ability to prioritize to meet business needs,
  • Attention to detail along with in-depth knowledge of business processes and practices,
  • Ability to give direction well, both verbal and written,
  • Manage purchasing budget of 15 Million
