Quality Manager

Established in Germany in 1968, Jokey Plastik is producing plastic injection PP-polypropylene packaging, which is the main business activity with its 15 factories all over the world. The production operation in Turkey started in 1997 food and non-food filling services for all the customers in all sectors has been providing uninterrupted for years.

Area of responsibility

  • To regulate and control the validity of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, BRC and ISO 50001 standards,
  • Determining the quality policy and quality targets and ensuring that the quality targets are adopted by all employees,
  • To prepare and keep Quality Management System documents,
  • Planning and conducting internal audits,
  • To ensure and follow up the necessary layout and hygiene environment in the open and closed areas of the company within the framework of HACCP,
  • To follow codex of Turkey, EU and other food exporting countries the and provide the necessary related laws and regulations,
  • To follow the legislation on food and environment, to make the necessary arrangements and to inform the necessary people,
  • Ensuring the evaluation of suppliers and requesting improvement from the suppliers with problems,
  • Internal and external correspondence for complaints from customers,
  • To determine the calibration needs of the equipment in the company, to make the calibration and to keep records,
  • Approving the rejection, acceptance or conditional acceptance of the materials and products at the input, process and final product stages,
  • To provide quality, hygiene and environmental trainings to company employees within the framework of Quality Management System,
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction at least once a year,
  • To make customer visits when necessary or periodically, to prepare and publish a visit report

Your profile

  • Graduated from Engineering Faculties (preferably Chemistry Engineering), 
  • At least 10 years of experience in food packaging industry,
  • Experience and knowledge in ISO 9001, BRC / IoP, ISO 50001 is necessary,
  • Very good command of English (reading, writing and speaking),
  • Customer-oriented thinking, process management and quality applications,
  • Successful team management with quality control technicians,
  • Analytical thinking, result and solution oriented,
  • Strategic thinking and experienced in management with goals
